Supply Chain Management Engineer H/F

Senior EEE Engineer – Space Component Procurement & Quality Senior EEE (Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical) Engineer to lead the EEE parts procurement supply chain and ensure compliance with quality standards for space applications . This role includes team management responsibilities. Responsibilities: Organize and manage the procurement and supply chain for EEE parts. Ensure compliance with space-grade quality standards (ECSS-Q-ST-60, MIL-STD, NASA EEE-INST-002) . Develop strategies for obsolescence management, counterfeit detection, and component qualification . Perform radiation tolerance analysis for EEE components. Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams . Requirements: ~7+ years of experience in EEE component engineering, procurement, and quality management. ~ Knowledge of radiation effects on electronic components in space environments. ~ Familiarity with screening, derating, and failure analysis of EEE parts . ~ Strong understanding of supply chain risks, obsolescence planning, and vendor qualification . ~ Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally in space projects.
