Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist the Director of Sales in maintaining a clean accounts management system.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the potential client's database.
Responsible for the development, management, qualification, and maintenance of current and future accounts in the designated territories.
Coordinate all promotions within the designated sales territories.
Develop and execute sales programs with travel partners and clients aimed at increasing market awareness and room night and revenue objectives.
Follow up on inquiries, group & sales leads from Peninsula hotels, other RSOs, and existing clients.
Assist hotels with sales trips and events.
General Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the hotel industry as a sales manager.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of spoken French and English - a third language is appreciated.
Sense of detail, organization, and rigor.
