Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP work schedules, execute, and monitor progress with the team. Coordinate the MEP construction process and sequence with related civil works. Monitor, control, and process MEP work on-site based on approved drawings and specifications. Analyze obstacles and implement countermeasures to ensure timely project completion. Lead meetings with subcontractors, staff, and civil teams to achieve target schedules. Collaborate with the QC team to conduct and inspect trials based on approved MOS and forms. Plan and lead the testing and commissioning of the MEP system. REQUIREMENTS: Education : Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience :
Minimum 4 years of experience as an MEP Site Manager in hotel, high-rise building, or factory projects. Strong analytical skills. Ability to prepare and coordinate site teams, including MEP engineers, MEP supervisors, QA/QC, and subcontractors. Willing to be placed in Bali. Able to join as soon as possible is preferred.
