Position Snapshot:
Location: Bali Head Office
Company: PT. Quiksilver Indonesia
Day to Day Activity as Inventory Stock Control Monitoring data movement (sales, return, and in-transit) on SAP system on the store account level and warehouse level. Create a mitigation and problem solving for data irregularity that related to stock system in SAP and physical stock condition. Conduct a physical stock audit in every store partner and warehouse (Bali - Jakarta) in Indonesia. Conduct the reconcile process for data maintenance finalization until the invoice are issued for the missing sale-able item. Maintain good relationship with partner in communication and data transfer for data matching process. Required Education, Experience, and Skill: Education : Candidate must complete D3 / S1 degree in all major. Experience : Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Skill necessary: Proficiency in Excel, with a strong ability to manage numbers and stock data accurately. Excellent communication skills in English but not mandatory. Strong coordination and personal skills. Team player and a quick learner. Willing to be placed in Bali or Jakarta based on area of responsibility.
