We are looking for a
DSP Associate Scientist , highly qualified, to join our dynamic and committed team, with values focused on patients, people, and teamwork.

The position is based in Montpellier.
Mission
The DSP Associate Scientist will play a role in carrying out several platform analytical assays, mainly based on qPCR and ELISA methods, to support process development and for AAV product characterisation, in compliance with quality procedures, health and safety rules, and deadlines.
Main Activities
Perform chromatography methods development at small scale (affinity, AEX, …), UF/DF studies with Tangential Flow Filtration system.
Create/refine purification methods.
Create root cause analysis of technical performance issues.
Participate in the scale-up process and tech transfer.
Write technical documents (Report, MBR, SOP…).
Ensure a technical and scientific watch in the AAV DSP field.
Provide regular project updates and participate in discussions within the department as well as with other departments.
Collaborate with USP and analytical teams.
Participate in the general operations of the laboratory: supply of material, maintenance, health & safety, in the quality assurance system.
Profil
Educational background in biology, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or related (Bachelor or MSc).
A minimum of 10 years of industrial experience with a bachelor or 1 year with MSc.
Practical experience with cell culture in bioreactor, viral purification by chromatography on AKTA platform system.
Rigorous, autonomous, motivated, with organizational skills.
Ability to work within a team and project group.
Notion of GLP and QA system.
Good written and spoken skills in French and English.
