Project Manager

The company is looking for a Project Manager, who will be leading the entire project implementation process. He/she would ensure that budgets, schedules and objectives are respected.

• Experience as a Piping Business Manager/Project Manager/Piping Engineering
• Mastery of IT tools
• Mastery of project management methods and tools
• Managing a team
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of the field of intervention

Main Responsibilities :

• Create, maintain and enhance client portfolio
• Target and lead an effective commercial prospecting strategy
• Analyze the client's needs
• Determine the feasibility and potential risks for the company
• Define the human and technical resources required to carry out the service
• Produce budget estimates for a project (costing)
• Write technical and commercial offers
• Participate in the defense and negotiation of projects with clients
• Manage and pilot projects (technical, human, financial)
• Coordinate the implementation of projects internally
• Act as an interface between the client and the various departments of the company
• Supervise construction sites with site managers and technicians
• Carry out financial monitoring of projects
• Monitor and control the progress and contractual compliance of the project
• Lead customer relations and provide technical assistance
• Participate in the drafting of the PDP or PPSPS
• Responsible for compliance with HSE aspects within its scope of activity
• Actively participate and involve the personnel under its responsibility in the MASE approach
• Fulfil the individual HSE objectives (discussion, HSE visits, feedback)
• Write a REX at the end of the project in order to be part of continuous improvement

HIERARCHICAL RESPONSIBILITY/PROJECT(S) ANIMATION:

• Know how to report on the work carried out
• Immediately report any anomaly to his hierarchy
• Determine installation modifications
• Participation in internal and external project meetings
