Founded in August 2011, EVTECH is a Chinese national high-tech enterprise focusing on core components of new energy vehicles. We are a main tier1 supplier of on-board chargers (OBC), on-board DC/DC converters and off-board products such as DC WALLBOX for new energy vehicles.

Summary

As a Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships while hunting for new business opportunities for the account given. You will develop and execute account strategies aligned with the global sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between clients and EVTECH; Travel as required to visit customers; lead negotiations and communicate cost and timing to customer; prepare and give customer presentations.

• Maximize customer intimacy at all Departments: Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, etc.

• Lead the Voice of the Customer at EVTECH

• Manage commercial aspects of projects in development to ensure proper level of profitability: sales forecast, pricing, engineering change request, cash collection in coordination with engineering and manufacturing.

• Manage Request For Quotations from collecting customer’s requirements to coordinating all the activities internally: Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Costing to build a Quotation

• Lead the consolidation of the sales forecast and business plan, work with marketing team; communicate technical requirements and trends back to EVTECH marketing and engineering team

• Survey the market trend to anticipate customer request.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with great interest in vehicle electrification domain

• 3-5 Years of working experience in the business development, KAM, sales, or project management roles for automotive products

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Excellent manners towards customers, visitors, supervisors, and employees

• Curiously investigate everything – ability to solve problems and negotiate analytically, creatively and collaboratively

• Learn by doing – an entrepreneurial mindset that’s driven by hands-on experimentation
