Role – Perfumer Location: France Are you a skilled Perfumer ready to make an impact in the luxury fragrance industry? I am seeking an innovative and results-oriented professional to join a dynamic fragrance team! &##127919; Objective: In this role, you will be responsible for developing exceptional fragrances that support commercial and development teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of market and consumer needs. Your focus will be on timely submissions of briefs that meet customer expectations and enhance the company's success. Key Responsibilities: Develop fragrance formulas based on assigned client briefs, meeting key performance criteria. Collaborate on various projects for cross category Fragrance customers, supporting both creative and technical teams. Conduct research on current and new raw materials to enhance fragrance performance. Manage and enhance a diverse portfolio of fragrances and themes, optimizing them for different bases and price points. Demonstrate creativity and technical expertise across a range of creations from Activation to Innovation. Key Competencies: Proven success as a Perfumer with a strong track record in the field. Technical expertise in fragrance creation and ancillary formulation. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle a rich portfolio of winning themes. Strong collaboration skills across categories and global teams. Expertise with GC-MS. Prerequisites: Degree in Perfumery & Cosmetic Technology or equivalent training (ISIPCA, GIP...) Minimum of 3 years of experience as a (Junior) Perfumer.
