What can we do together?
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Deputy Managing Director of HP France in day-to-day operations and programs. In this role, you will report directly to the Deputy Managing Director. You will hold internal and external responsibilities, interacting with Directors & VPs inside HP and with C-Level contacts externally.
The role will be accountable to drive planning and execution across 2 major areas:
Program and Change management
Drive HP local transformation programs and growth initiatives – working with local, market, and WW teams to deliver major milestones on time.
Maximise the value from organizational change as we implement new business processes, technologies, and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Alliances
Build and support strategic partnerships for specific business initiatives.
Identify and execute Social Corporate Responsibility projects (exec sponsorship) and manage the partner ecosystem aligned to this.
Scope
Typically partners with VP-level and above.
Manages one or more large work streams or projects.
Staffs cross-functional project teams within assigned area of responsibility.
Owns work stream business goals within assigned area of responsibility.
Presents business cases to SVP-level and above audiences.
Complexity
Designs an approach to address a specific strategic need within a business function.
Understands the dynamics of the overall business model and anticipates emerging trends that may impact a business function's business model.
Recognized internally as an expert for recommending financial impact and change.
Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the definition/execution of the HP France 3-year plan.
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver local projects.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, engagement, and buy-in on scalable change management processes as a strong influencer in this role.
Integrate change management as a way of working and scale best practices across the organization.
Engage with project teams and key initiatives to ensure change leadership behavior modeling, change vision, narrative/positioning, change enablement activities, and change strategies are integrated from planning to execution and sustainability.
Support and engage senior leaders, coach managers and people leaders on change best practices, tools, and how to apply stakeholder engagement strategies.
Support and advise managers on how to address resistance and drive positive individual outcomes of change.
Role model empathy, resilience, and a positive outlook during significant organizational change.
Management and execution of local SER program.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the HP brand, values, and impact through local initiatives.
Consult with business executives on a wide range of issues/opportunities to reinforce HP France footprint.
Support Global Communications for the development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Who you are?
University or master’s degree in Sciences or Marketing/Sales.
Typically, 5-8 years of professional experience with a combination of Consulting Services / Sales & Marketing / Business Planning / Strategic Partnerships.
IT industry knowledge is required.
Strong level of spoken & written English & French.
Business planning & program management skills.
Superior communication skills at senior management level both internally and externally, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
Superior group facilitation and interviewing skills.
Ability to work in a complex matrix organization including multiple financial models, sales motions, markets, products, and customer types.
Strong financial acumen & marketing acumen.
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives.
Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
Developed business acumen and technical knowledge within at least two business units.
Excellent project management skills, including project structuring.
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to project objectives.
