Own Toller/OEM supplier Quality Management Process. Cooperate with R&D and Process engineer to qualify new OEM/Toller Suppliers and make quality control plans accordingly. Conduct on-site supplier audits and track continuous improvement to reduce the total scrap rate of PMAP OEM/Toller suppliers. Lead IATF16949 system internal & external audits of solvent plant and PT plant, driving quality system continuous improvement and process optimization. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree and above. Familiar with local and overseas supplier quality system audit process and PDCA improvement. At least 3 years of supplier quality management experience. Familiar with 8D report and other QC tools. Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills. Experience in leading IATF16949 system internal & external auditing, capable of conducting supplier on-site audits independently. AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
