The Sales Supervisor within the Automotive Aftermarket sales channel will demonstrate our product superiority through hands-on demonstrations at body shops, automotive jobbers, and warehouse distribution. This is a key growth position and a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent will represent products from all business units within the Saint-Gobain Abrasives offering. Key measures of performance are sales revenue, relationship building, proposing and implementing sales growth programs, and uncovering new opportunities.

DEVELOPING & MAINTAINING ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIPS
Foster close customer relationships for SGA share gain.
Developing and maintaining key account relationships.
Visit customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
Creating new relationships within untouched markets.
Able to perform demonstrations at the Body Shop level.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Extensive documentation and reporting (Salesforce), critical path development, and strategic planning.
COMMUNICATIONS
Communication and coordination with Regional Sales Manager and Rep Agents.
External communications involving growth plans with key distribution to gain share in the respective territory.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree - Business Administration or Marketing (Preferred)
2+ years of progressive technical sales experience (Required)
