The Opportunity Take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing a significant team and championing strategic decisions that shape the future of immuno-oncology and auto-immunity. Key Responsibilities Scientific Leadership: Guide the R&D strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and breakthrough innovation. Pipeline Development: Oversee a robust portfolio of immuno-oncology and auto-immunity assets, advancing them from discovery through clinical stages. Leadership: Inspire innovation, drive strategic scientific excellence, and foster collaboration to transform groundbreaking research into impactful therapies. Qualifications Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) with 15+ years in oncology/immunology R&D leadership roles. Proven track record of advancing novel therapies from concept to clinical stages. Strong background in immuno-oncology, immune checkpoint inhibitors, or cell therapy. A strategic and hands-on leader passionate about science and innovation.
