you play a crucial role in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies, materials, and services for an organization. Your primary responsibilities ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining good relationships with suppliers. Since our brand focuses on
regenerative and ethical moringa products , as a procurement staff you should be particularly mindful of sourcing
organic, fair-trade, and high-quality raw materials
while maintaining
transparent and sustainable supply chains . Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or related field Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (entry-level) Skills: Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization skills, and understanding of contract management and compliance Key Responsibilities of Procurement Staff: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers Negotiate contracts and pricing Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships Purchasing & Order Management: Create purchase orders and process requisitions Ensure purchases align with company needs and budget Track and confirm order deliveries Quality Control & Compliance: Verify the quality of goods and services Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability policies Manage supplier audits and risk assessments Cost & Inventory Management: Optimize procurement costs and negotiate better terms Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking Collaborate with finance and warehouse teams for budgeting Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing:
