Your Mission
As a Sales Manager for Kudelski Security, you will take on a critical and stimulating sales role.
Your mission will be to generate sales in France by working strategically and coming up with ways to help your clients improve their Cybersecurity policy and strategy through mainly Tech resell, Advisory and Managed Services.
Your main responsibilities and priorities will be:
- Identify prospects and potential new customers (new “logos”)
- Strategically manage all the aspects of your territory’s long-term success
- Overachieve your challenging targets and Sales incentive plan
- Create thoughtful and detailed strategic business and account plans for your targeted accounts
- Build solutions for your customers that include consulting, software, professional and managed services and Innovation centric
- Be your customers' number 1 advocate and ensure their needs and expectations are fully anticipated and matched
- Collaborate frequently with marketing and lead generation programs, sales engineering efforts, and joint selling with partners
- Building a strong and articulated relation with internal stakeholders (product and project managers; delivery managers…)
This role involves (non exhaustive list):
- High levels of sales activity, including cold/warm calling, appointment setting, and "networking” with a wide variety of industries and clients
- Defining and being actively active in Account Based Marketing campaigns
- Continuously prospecting for new clients to increase your client portfolio
- Presenting and closing solutions offers
- Managing clients throughout the lifecycle of their Cybersecurity strategy
- Providing accurate forecasting through regular and efficient use of the CRM so that sales metrics and customer information are kept up to date
- Consistently deepening your expertise in Kudelski Security products and solutions
Your aim is to find faster, more effective, and innovative ways for Kudelski Security to overachieve on its results and make our customer’s lives more secure.
Your main skills are:
- Being able to solve business problems and building up consultative relationships
- Having a record of successful direct sales, and loving being part of a winning team
- Setting goals and beating targets and challenges (both internal and external)
- Understanding your clients’ business and being an expert in the solutions which have to be brought to the table
- A proven self-starter who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth company
You have:
- Demonstrated success in achieving multimillion EUR target in consultative IT Solutions and Services sales for at least 5 years with CISO's, their chain of responsibility and C level within different organisations
- Proved your ability to systematically develop territories and accounts’ plans
- Driven new leads and business opportunities, and close business
- An advanced Engineering or Business Degree
- Fluency in English and French (any additional language is welcome).
