Primary Duties:

• Take full ownership of internal sales workflows, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and offer customized product solutions that deliver maximum value and satisfaction
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts to foster growth and long-term partnerships
• Offer strategic input on pricing, product positioning, and market expansion through the analysis of client feedback, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
• Represent the organization at industry exhibitions and trade shows, actively engaging in promotional activities to boost brand visibility and attract new business

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a closely related field
• Brings 5+ years of relevant sales experience in sectors like E-commerce, Retail, Third-Party Logistics, Fashion, or Automation/Robotics
• Able to quickly grasp product offerings and apply consultative, strategic sales techniques
• Self-motivated, flexible, solution-oriented, and deeply focused on customer success
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Willing and able to travel for business up to 50% of the time

Additional Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly responsible and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
• Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple complex responsibilities
• Adaptable and resilient under pressure, thrives in dynamic and fast-paced settings
