Today we run ten bars and restaurants, with seven breweries, employing 360 people and generating around 20M€ of annual sales. Our beers are best-in-class, as measured by over 50 medals won to date in major international brewing competitions. We have eight venues in the centre of Paris, and one each in Bordeaux and Toulouse; As a Shift manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running services in the pub, meeting our Customer Service standards, leading and training your team - including in the kitchen - keeping everybody safe, and achieving your sales targets. We have full-time and part-time positions available, starting asap. The salary is paid monthly, with bonuses and increments awarded for giving great customer service, meeting sales targets, training and achieving objectives.
