For the opening of our Flagship store, we are looking for a Store Host/Client Advisor.

The role

• Welcome every customer with elegance, warmth, and authenticity.
• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Casablanca universe, embodying its values and aesthetic.
• Ensure a smooth, harmonious, and sophisticated environment within the store.
• Efficiently manage incoming appointments, calls, and customer requests.
• Provide seamless support to the team during VIP meetings and special events.
• Exhibit a strong commercial acumen with a taste for challenges; take initiatives to consistently exceed individual and store sales goals
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures while ensuring flawless store operations by organising inventory, replenishing products, and maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards

The candidate

• Outstanding presentation skills with a natural flair for hospitality.
• Experience in luxury or hospitality sectors (fashion, hospitality, concierge, etc.).
• Proficiency in French and English; a third language is a plus.
• Strong appreciation for fashion, design, and contemporary culture.
• Charismatic and genuine smile with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by working as part of a close-knit team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment
