Medical Strategy & Asset Leadership Design and execute a bold, forward-thinking medical asset strategy. Lead cross-functional Medical Asset Teams , ensuring seamless collaboration across R&D, market access, commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing functions. Identify and capitalize on business development (BD) opportunities to expand asset potential. Be the face of innovation —represent the company at global medical congresses, KOL meetings, and regulatory discussions. Provide strategic direction to regional and country medical teams, ensuring alignment with global priorities. Build and inspire a high-performing Medical Asset Team , fostering innovation, collaboration, and results. Partner with senior leaders to optimize resources and maximize impact . Oversee and optimize a multi-million-euro medical asset budget for efficiency and impact. MD or PhD with significant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry . ~7+ years in leadership roles , with expertise in medical asset management, global market strategy, and product launches . ~ Ability to engage and influence senior executives and external partners at the highest levels. ~ Passion for patient-centric innovation and a drive to push the boundaries of medical science. ~ Fluency in English (mandatory). &##
