We are recruiting a dynamic Operational Excellence & Digitalisation Project Manager to join ICC's Transformation Office and lead strategic initiatives aimed at increasing process digitalisation and improve our operations resilience.
Project management
Create comprehensive business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and alignment with ICC's strategic objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage operational and digital projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
Analyse current business processes, create detailed process maps, and identify areas for improvement.
Utilise data-driven approaches to assess process performance and pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Propose and design optimised business processes, recommending best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Define business requirements and assess current state required evolution (reuse, evolve, or build) and the associate development models that can be leveraged by ICC (buy vs build)
Build change management strategies to secure tools adoption and implementation
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
~5 to 7 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on operational excellence and digitalisation, preferably within, strategy consultancies, or technology companies (scale-up, start-up, fintech, etc.) .
~ Proven ability to implement operational excellence initiatives and business process improvements that have led to significant efficiency gains and organisational benefits.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills.
~ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Visio, Power BI).
~ Project Management/Lean 6 Sigma certifications are highly desirable
