The 360° Exhibition Management segment sees itself as a general contractor for national and international trade fair events. We are committed to on-time handovers, top quality and service and straightforward solutions. Your responsibilities
You will look after our clients, support them in finding solutions. You are managing the account and maintain a lively exchange with other project managers. You are in direct contact with our clients to receive their requests, support them finding technical and design solutions, produce technical drawings and offerings. You will have a direct exchange with all our internal and external partners, manage and coordinate them during planning, production and handover process.
- You are responsible for the comprehensive planning and realization of customer projects
- You are in close contact with our national and international customers and support them during the entire process from planning up to the successful realization of their booths
- You are responsible to implement all information to our master drawings and successfully support and sell our standard and customize products
- You will create detailed technical drawings and cost estimates to support client proposals and project execution
- You will follow up with the production manager to ensure ordered elements are produced according to specifications and quality standards
- You will oversee the construction and assembly of booth elements, ensuring alignment with design, timeline, and client expectations
- You are the interface between our clients and our partners during the entire project cycle
- You supervise the projects on site and are responsible for the timely delivery to our customers. This involves national and international travel of up to one month throughout the year in Europe, USA and Asia, as well as occasional project-related weekend work
Your profile
- You have a profound business education (University or comparable) with and/or project- or event-oriented further education. Or you are a professional with a comparable educational background (E.g. Interior Design, Event Management, Architecture, structural engineering, construction management, etc)
- Ideally, you have experience in managing national and international projects and are experienced in dealing with challenging customers
- You have a strong ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks and remain calm under stress
- You have a strong spatial awareness and are forward-thinking
- You enjoy working in international, interdisciplinary teams and complete your tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner, regardless of your location
- You appreciate flexible working hours and the free work scheduling across time zones
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You have profound skills of AutoCAD
- You are capable of multi-tasking and maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- You have a hands-on and practical approach to project execution and problem-solving
- A background in booth design, event production, or construction management is a strong plus
- Fluent in French and English (writing and speaking). Any other languages are a benefit.
