STAGE - CRM Intern H/F


Starting date: April 2025

Duration : 6 months


As a CRM Intern, you will support the Global CRM team in driving initiatives to enhance client retention, acquisition and engagement, improve operational efficiency and collaborate with many parties within the company. The scope of this internship will have an omnichannel client centric activity on 3 key pillars: One-to-few/One-to-many communications (Newsletter, Lifecycle Trigger Emails), Lead Generation (client acquisition, data capture animations, etc) and Client Gifting (Reward based, behaviour based, etc). This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and strategic environment within the luxury industry.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Support

  • Assist teams in operational roll out of CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Organise and oversee the global CRM communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross departments and regional teams to ensure smooth project execution globally.
  • Prepare team presentations and documents for internal meetings.
  • Benchmark best practices and conduct competitive analysis in the Newsletter and Client Gifting sector.

Technical Operations

  • Create Newsletter templates, Cloud Pages and build Client Target audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Send weekly Newsletters to the client database using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create briefs for different players (copywriter, Visual Identity team, IT etc)
  • Support in ensuring good technical development of CRM tools and processes

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyse KPIs of Newsletter performance
  • Prepare regular reports to monitor Newsletter, Gifting and Data Capture performance
  • Identify results, raise alerts and suggest areas of improvements



PROFILE REQUIRED


Pursuing or recently graduated from a master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing or related studies.


Personal attributes

  • Passion for the client relationship management and the luxury sector.
  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Motivated and curious to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rigorous with attention to detail.
  • Have an interest in technical and digital tools.

Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics is a plus.
