The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for supporting our customers and sales team to lead training initiatives, approve complex contracts, promote LONGi's product during fair and exhibitions while building up to date product knowledge across our organization.
Online and face to face meetings with clients technical departments for technical clarifications regarding technology, installation features and solutions, other
Help manage the product support structure within the region and provide technical input to customer service contracts
Create product promotion materials on the basis of regional characteristics
Good communication skills, comfortable in making speech (technical and marketing) in public on conference and trade shows, as well as the trainings to customers
Experience in contract negotiations, pre-shipment QA/QC, and post-delivery claims
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and French (a plus)
