Actively identify and attract Mandarin-speaking candidates through various channels. Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline. Stay informed on recruitment best practices and evolving client needs to improve hiring strategies. Support the preparation of job descriptions, reports, and other recruitment documents. Help coordinate networking events, career fairs, and recruitment initiatives .
