Role : AVS solution architect Start Date : ASAP Duration : 6 months (renewable) Contract : Freelance Location : Paris Language : french Responsibilities: Lead architecture and migration projects from on-prem VMware to Azure VMware Solution (AVS) for enterprise clients. Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to define and implement the migration strategy. Act as a technical expert on AVS, Azure, and VMware, and share knowledge through documentation and training. Key Skills: ~12+ years in IT, incl. 3+ years on AVS, 5+ years on VMware vSphere ~ Strong hands-on with: ~ VMware NSX-T, vSAN, HCX (Advanced/Enterprise) ~ Azure networking: ExpressRoute, VPN, Virtual WAN ~ Bonus: SRM, vROps, Azure Monitor, NetApp Files, Cloud Director ~ Solid understanding of datacenter/cloud architecture, networking (L2/L3), and security compliance. Soft skills: Excellent communication, client-facing experience, and knowledge sharing.
