Overview
Reporting to the Wholesale Director, you will build meaningful relationships with boutiques, department stores and e-commerce retailers at all levels, working with the wider commercial team internationally. You will manage and increase the sales and operational performance of our global retail partners.
The role
- Schedule, attend, and follow up on sales meetings, ensuring ongoing engagement with existing accounts to maintain their purchasing activity each season while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities;
- Coordinate, attend, and follow up on sales appointments at key market events, including Milan Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, and trade shows
- Seek and maintain knowledge on each account’s status to assess full potential and further growth opportunities;
- Track budgets, process invoices, and oversee payments and deliveries within assigned territories
- You will analyse each account’s Buy In vs Sell-Through and prepare a call-to-action plan to increase this number (e.g. social media push, exclusive capsules, in-store installations etc.)
- Negotiate and plan markdowns with accounts and ensure adherence to promotional activities;
- Liaise with warehouse teams, IT, merchandising, and external service providers.
- Organise product trainings both in-store and video calls;
The candidate
- A professional with more than 1 year commercial sales experience, ideally from a wholesale environment – fashion and luxury contact is mandatory;
- Experienced in roles where there's a need to connect and relate with the different players of the business;
- Experienced with sales/negotiation techniques combined with analytics perspective;
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivots) and use of data tools to obtain and assess analytics;
- With International work experiences (preferably).
- Languages French Italian Spanish English (mandatory)
