Click here to learn more about Prescriptive Simulation Twins: Pre-packaged Simulation Twin solutions for industrial companies Overview: We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Customer Delivery team. In this role, you will play a central technical role by working closely with the project teams you are involved with. You will bring your technical expertise to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions while operationally managing the development team. Your ability to work in a scale-up environment, where priorities can rapidly evolve, is essential. Responsibilities: Define and oversee the technical directions of projects, ensuring that the proposed solutions are aligned with functional requirements and clients’ strategic objectives. Guide and direct the development team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the quality, performance, and robustness of the solutions. Act as the link between the engineering team responsible for developing Cosmo Tech products and the project team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technical directions are properly implemented and project needs are met. Actively participate in the creation and implementation of technical solutions, while remaining flexible to adjust approaches as project needs evolve. Provide high-level technical support, addressing critical project aspects and resolving complex technical issues. Facilitate the technical integration of new clients and partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources for optimal use of Cosmo Tech solutions. Stay at the forefront of technological and methodological advancements to maintain a high level of innovation in the solutions provided. Qualifications: Engineering degree in computer science or a Master’s degree in computer science. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, ideally in a start up environment. Experience in team management is a plus. Proficiency in programming languages and tools: Python, JavaScript, React, SQL, Docker, Power BI. Excellent knowledge of modern development frameworks and tools. Expertise in the Azure Cloud platform. Knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS platforms is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to technical challenges and changing priorities. Initiative and ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious goals. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective interfacing between different teams.
