Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager role is an integral part of the team that supports our clients. You will work closely with our client technical teams to make sure that campaigns are running efficiently, and the clients ad revenue is growing. The role includes seizing and creating commercial opportunities, reviewing campaigns, offer optimization support and lean in.

Your Mission:

Clients Relationship

• Deliver a world-class service to our clients and their agencies
• Collaborate effectively with our adops and data teams and offer insights.
• As an expert, assist clients in understanding the products and tools
• Ensuring that our clients' campaigns are working properly and generating the expected performance

Sales support:

• Detect business opportunities on campaigns in order to generate up-sell
• Understand performance metrics and analytics to deliver confident input to clients and agencies

Campaign Execution & Operations:

• Handle campaign setup, oversee campaign implementation and ensure trafficking accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing, if necessary, provide campaign optimization recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2 – 3 years relevant work experience
• Fluency in French and English.
• Commercially driven and capable of selling.
• Experience with varied seniority in partners.
• Ability to set account strategy and drive revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience setting up and managing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of retail, e-commerce, and digital industry
