Senior Engineering Project Manager

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a full-time Senior Engineering Project Manager with over 6 years of experience fitting the following mandatory skill-set and willing to work in Mulhouse, France.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders and integrate them into the project team
• Requirements Definition: Define and document User Requirements Specifications (URS) for the project
• Design Approval: Manage the approval process for conceptual, basic, and detailed designs
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including progress tracking, budget management, and stakeholder identification
• Governance Management: Oversee the governance model established with the client to ensure alignment with project goals
• Risk Management: Analyze and manage project risks, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Reporting: Provide monthly project reports to the client and biweekly progress updates to internal teams
• Daily Project Management: Manage daily project activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely progress
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project stakeholders and team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as AutoCAD and MS Project for project planning and execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in French and English (Italian is a plus, especially if English proficiency is limited)
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics is a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
