Project Manager – Superyacht Refit (Contract)

Location: Côte d'Azur, France

Start Date: Immediate start

Duration: Permanent role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers for an exciting opportunity to oversee the comprehensive refit of a large superyacht at a leading Mediterranean shipyard.

We require candidates with extensive refit experience who can step in immediately—there’s no time for training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the refit project, with roles covering both interior and exterior work, engineering, tenders, and AV-IT systems - you will be placed where you fit best.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors across various trades to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain clear communication with the client's representatives and senior management.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards and within project deadlines.
• Handle day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving across multiple work streams.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale superyacht refits.
• Strong understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of large yacht refits.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage tight deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Right to work in the EU.
