As a Sommelier at Zuma, you’ll pair exceptional wines and sakes with unforgettable moments, ensuring smooth service, maximizing sales, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. Elevate the Zuma dining experience with your wine and sake expertise!

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily
• Use your in-depth knowledge of wine,sake, beverages, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
• Manage wine stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
• Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
• Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
• Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates
