This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of the brand, while developing within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities


Brand Ambassador:

  • Promote the values, identity, and best practices of Goldfield & Banks with all partners.
  • Act as a central liaison between:
  • Sales Admin teams for logistics and market registration compliance.
  • Trade Marketing teams to ensure the availability of tailored marketing assets for each market.
  • New Product Development (NPD) teams, providing proactive feedback and supporting product launches.

Market Management:

  • Take ownership of assigned markets previously managed by the Commercial Director.
  • Oversee product compliance with local regulations and manage market registrations.
  • Collaborate with distributors to optimize visibility and enhance the quality of the brand’s distribution.

Commercial Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Monitor distributor performance and propose corrective or innovative actions.
  • Actively participate in the development of commercial strategies and negotiate tailored terms with partners.

Event Participation:

  • Represent Goldfield & Banks at major international trade shows, such as:
  • TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (Cannes).
  • Esxence – The Art Perfumery Event (Milan).
  • ScentXplore – Niche Perfume Convention (New York).
  • Explore opportunities to participate in additional international events based on brand needs and market potential.

Travel:

  • Expect 30–50% of the time traveling internationally for partner meetings, distributor training, and event representation.

 

Profile Sought


Experience and Skills:

• 3–5 years of successful experience in a similar role, preferably within major groups (e.g., Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Puig) or in beauty startups involved in brand creation and launches.

• Demonstrated experience with international distributors, with strong knowledge of intermediary distribution models.

• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex tasks.

Personal Attributes:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of embodying the brand’s values.

• Sensitivity to luxury and niche perfumery trends and dynamics.

Languages and Mobility:

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently internationally.

 

Compensation and Benefits


• Annual Salary: €45,000–€55,000 gross, depending on experience, with a performance-based bonus.
