AdCreative.ai is on the lookout for a sharp, strategic, and solutions-driven Head of Operations to help us scale smarter and faster. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, driving clarity, improving processes, and ensuring every part of our business runs like a well-oiled machine.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building systems, and knows how to turn vision into execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the operational engine of AdCreative.ai, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across teams.
• Partner closely with the CEO to translate vision into actionable plans and priorities.
• Lead internal communications, team alignment, and strategic planning sessions.
• Build and optimize systems, workflows, and processes that unlock growth.
• Manage KPIs across departments to ensure accountability and performance.
• Own special projects—from investor readiness to new market launches.
• Act as the glue between teams, helping everything (and everyone) move forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in operations, or strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Experience in a high growth startup is a big plus!
• Proven track record of improving systems and scaling operations.
• A bias for action—you're scrappy, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator with executive presence and a sharp attention to detail.
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• Fluent in English.
