URGENT!! Notre client est un leader dans son domaine (logistique) . Nous recherchons son-sa :

Responsable d'équipe TRANSPORTS ROUTIERS / AFFRETEMENT – Anglais courant (espagnol un plus)

CDI basé à Toulouse (31) / Télétravail possible 3 jours par semaine

Pour ce poste vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en logistique, avec expérience impérative de transport par la route (relation avec les transporteurs routiers, négociation des coûts, optimisation des envoi en fonction des pays et des destinations des clients…), vous parlez anglais courant (espagnol au moins intermédiaire idéalement). Aussi, vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en management d'équipe.

Job responsibilities

• Management of a logistics team of 11 employees - assistants, and operational logistic agents.

• Responsibility for growth, stability and efficient scheduling of load carriers in France/Iberia

• Expansion and optimisation of the supply chain network

• Qualified performance evaluation and monitoring of the carriers used

• Ensuring economical transport and purchase prices for freight space and load carriers

• Control and further development of structures and processes

• Preparation of statistics and calculations where necessary

• Monitoring credit limits and balances (spots)

• Preparation of monthly key figures and reports, presentation in German and English

• Participation in sales and profit planning

Job requirements

• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team

• Sound knowledge of logistics and load carrier management via road transportation

• Experience in scheduling and optimising supply chain networks

• Business fluent in French & English, ideally additional knowledge of Spanish

• Very good PC skills, especially the MS Office package, particularly Excel

• Structured way of working with strong organisational and conceptual skills

• Loyalty, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and high self-motivation

• Strong decision-making skills and pronounced assertiveness

• Results-orientated in an entrepreneurial sense

• Strong intercultural skills
