About You

You are an experienced professional in Contracts & Procurement (C&P) with a strong background in offshore wind projects or similar industries. You excel in contract administration, procurement processes, and stakeholder coordination. Your expertise includes handling international tenders, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and compliance requirements. You are familiar with procurement tools like Ariba and ERP systems, and you have a solid understanding of financial governance and reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with international teams make you an ideal fit for this role. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of French or German is an advantage.

About the Role

As a Contracts & Procurement Specialist, you will support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts for the company's offshore wind projects in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing contracting and procurement activities for O&M scopes, including asset management, vessel operations, base facilities, and service agreements.
• Leading contract strategy development, ensuring compliance with governance procedures.
• Handling contract negotiations, bid evaluations, supplier due diligence, and partnership approvals.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize value and efficiency in procurement.
• Supporting budget estimation, risk analysis, and performance monitoring for contracts.
• Using digital tools like E-sourcing, ERP, and supplier management platforms to optimize procurement processes.

The role is based in Paris, France, with potential travel to Germany (Hamburg/Berlin) and other locations. This is a 12-month renewable contract with opportunities for extension.
