The Role
The Multi-mandate Sales Agent France and Benelux markets will operate as a self-employed professional/contractor and will deal directly with the CEO. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the intralogistics/packaging sector, with a compensation model based exclusively on highly attractive and uncapped commissions (no earning limits), thanks to the high unit value of sales in the sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the France and Benelux market in the intralogistics automation/packaging/ecommerce/aggregators sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from medium-large companies active in intralogistics, shipping and packaging.
- Manage the sales cycle independently, from first contact to contract closure.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, with support from the CEO and internal sales managers when necessary.
- Constantly analyze sales funnel data to optimize performance and increase results over time.
- Create customized offers for clients, based on a detailed analysis of their business.
- Regularly update the company CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 360).
- Work closely with the internal team (Sales, founders, finance, and tech) to ensure a coherent and winning commercial approach.
Requirements Essential:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the intralogistics, packaging machinery, or related sectors.
- Ability to work as a multi-mandate agent without current conflicts of interest.
- Ability to independently manage complex negotiations and technical-consultative sales.
- Familiarity with medium-long sales cycles (3 to 6 months).
- Experience using CRM/sales tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong results orientation and ability to extract useful insights to optimize business.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- English language knowledge at C1 level or higher and native French.
- Autonomy, proactivity, precision, and organization.
- "Can do" attitude and strong motivation for success.
- Own car with ability to travel within the assigned territories (focus on France) if/when necessary.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
- Active client portfolio in a relevant sector.
